1) Take a small saucepan, add water (1.5 cups), add 3 tea bags, crushed cardamom seeds (10), ginger sliced into thin pieces.
2) Let the water boil for few minutes till you get a nice aroma.
3) Later add milk (0.5 cup) and sugar and let it boil for few minutes.
4) Remove the tea bags and sieve the tea into a serving mug.
P.S. You can add cinnamon in step 1) for a stronger flavour
