Simple Prawn Fry

Ingredients

  • Washed, Cooked and Peeled King Prawns – 150g
  • Red Chillie Powder – 1 tbsp (depends on how spicy you want it to be)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt as required

Method

  • Marinate the prawns with Red chillie powder, Turmeric and ginger garlic paste. Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
  • Next, add oil in a pan and add the marinated prawns and pour 1.5 glasses on water and keep it on a low flame
  • Let the prawns become soft and make sure the water is gone, they should be thoroughly cooked
  • Add salt, curry leaves in the end as required and mix it well
